At TransBlue Aviation flight school, we want to make the application process as easy as possible for our domestic students. Below is a checklist to help you understand what you need to do in order to enroll at TransBlue Aviation flight school.

Step 1: Complete the enrollment application.

Scan and e-mail your completed application to:
Step 2: Submit a $50.00 USD registration fee.

Payable by: VISA, Master Card, Discover or Wire Transfer. (Please contact us at +1 (909) 392-7222 for payment instructions).
Step 3: Provide the Academy with a copy of documentation (e-mail to application@transblueavation.com).

An FAA 1st or 2nd Class Medical Certificate. (To obtain a Medical Certificate please visit to find an approved doctor in your area).

Your High School Diploma or equivalent.

Front and Back of FAA Pilot Certificate. (Only if you currently hold any pilot certificates/ratings).

Government Identification - Provide one of the following​:

​Certified copy of your Birth Certificate and Drivers License/State Photo ID Card.

Valid passport (copy must be legible and include your picture and pages showing validity).
